Rayyan's Wish

When You Wish Upon a Star is thrilled to share some heartfelt words from 12-year-old Rayyan, who expressed his joy after his wish was granted. Rayyan's dream was to become a zookeeper for a day, and we are excited to recount his experience with you. 

“Dear When you wish upon a star, 

I am writing to thank you for our stay in London. It was the best holiday this year so far. Doing The Zoo, Madame Tussauds, The hotel, and the train journey. I've Always wanted to visit places I haven't been to in London like the Zoo. The Train journey from Aberdeen to London was very good, looking at the view and talking to other people apart from one thing that happened when the train system blacked out everyone was stuck on the train for 3 hours! When we got to London Kings X it was very busy.

When we got to Victoria where the hotel was, it looked very fancy with lovely breakfast every day. My favourite part was the London Zoo day. I enjoyed being a Giraffe keeper and feeding them. I have never done this before so it was amazing. I loved Madame Tussauds as it had a lot of my favourite characters and I took a lot of photos. Since we had an extra day we also did the Paddington Bear experience, went to Westfield London shopping Centre and visited Buckingham Palace. 

Thank you very much for giving me and my family this lovely, thoughtful wish holiday.
